I had a positive experience with Bates electric from the first step of scheduling through to the work being completed. They were able to get me scheduled for 4 days later, when everyone else I called was booked for 4-6 weeks. Isaac and Austin did a wonderful job at my home. They were able to troubleshoot switch issues we had for years and install a new exhaust fan in a bathroom. They also fixed a light fixture that I had tried to install myself, but I aborted mission. They were professional and provided quality work for a price I found to be reasonable. I would definitely have work done by them in the future.

I had a relatively small job, ceiling fan and bathroom exhaust fan. Had multiple electricians not return calls or not show up. Bates Electric not only answered my call but gave me a date and time. Austin called and let me know he was on his way, showed up, did a GREAT job at a very affordable price!! Bates has gone straight to the top for any of my future electrical jobs. Very, very pleased!!

Would give them 10 stars if I could. Awesome team. Fast, clean, and professional. Price was almost half of other estimates. Will definitely use them when and if I need additional electric.

I first had this company out to help with a leak that was coming from my breaker box. They sealed that up for me for a reasonable price. A week later I had them out again to replace said breaker box. Both visits only took an hour each, and were both reasonably priced. Use these guys for any electric you need, you won't be sorry!
