Baron sent out Austin to assess our main electrical breaker box. (My son reported rust inside the box while installing a basement dimmer switch.) Austin discussed his visual with Baron at the office by phone. They summized the old 60s exterior wiring was severely aged and cracked. This let rainwater enter the wire and gravity fed moisture to the basement breaker box. Austin proposed 2 price points for this repair that could be complete the same day or scheduled the following week. We approved the job. Austin dilligently went to work removing the old box, straighting the jumbled spaghitti wiring and installing new code rated replacements. Another associate came to install the exterior wiring on the main line. The new breaker box Austin installed had picture-perfect L-shaped wire connections to each breaker! What a superior job; Austin is a talented wire artist and cleaned up neatly afterwards. I highly recommend these polite entreprenurs and excellent service with reasonable pricing. Great Job, guys!

Baron Bates is a reputable and fair electrician working in the Dayton, Ohio area. I am an out of state investor and he was recommended both the local REI group as well as my property manager. We needed an electrical panel replaced immediately and he was able to move some other things around to accommodate us so our tenants wouldn't be without power. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs in the Dayton area.

I've used Bates twice. They came out and trenched to my garage, upgrading a 30 amp circuit to a 50 amp and installing an 220V 50 amp Tesla charger for me. Recently, they came out and upgraded a stove outlet from 3 wire to 4 wire. The outlet, the way they first installed it, wouldn't allow the new stove to be pushed back to the wall, they came back and reoriented it. Amazing customer service and speed. Reasonably priced, but, more importantly, they could get here faster than anyone else I called. Would call on them again. Also, the tech and his helper were super friendly.

My furnace and some of my lights went out when we got hit with that bad snowstorm. I called everyone and couldn’t get in touch with them or a call back. Finally I called Bates, and they answered. They took my information and were very honest about the chance they may not be able to make it to me that date. Yet a little less than 2 hours later. I received a call from a technician that he was 10mins from me. He arrived with his and was very polite. Assessed the situation while training. An came to a conclusion within mins. Overall the problem was fixed in about 20-30mins. I’m very pleased overall and highly recommend them to anyone.
