Darren was a massive help in an emergency electric situation after the windstorm this past weekend. He came out and gave me an estimate within an hour, and Austin completed the work within a couple of hours after that. Thanks to their quick service and customer service, we have power restored and I’m so thankful. I will use Bates for all my electric needs.

Bates Electric is fantastic!A brief-but-strong storm took down our power line and damaged our home's electrical systems in the process. Thankfully, Bates Electric was there for us. The owner, Baron, came out same day, inspected the damage, and had a crew dispatched to fix everything that afternoon. They even took care of scheduling the post-work inspection and ensuring that the inspection report got to our utilities provider immediately, so the provider could rewire our home ASAP (the next day, unfortunately; I wish Baron and his crew also worked at the utilities company, because if they did I'm sure it would have been faster!).Scheduling, work efficiency, cleanup . . . everything was done well. I hope I won't have electrical problems for a long time, but if I do I'll definitely be calling Bates again.(Extra kudos to Ethan on the repair crew, who was especially great and very personable.
